Brandy Creek Walk 02-1410-Mar-2014Brandy Creek Walk 02-14
WCL has started a program of regular “walks with nature” for those who enjoy spending time in the bush and recording what is encountered. We hope that this activity will help spread awareness and appreciation of the Whitsunday region’s natural environment and act as a record of our local species for the future. The species lists and photos below are from a walk that six of us took recently on the Kingfisher Track at Brandy Creek in the Conway Range. Further walks are planned for the future; if you are interested in joining in give Graham Armstrong a call on 0416-658-047.
